Sinopsis

La Perdida, La Zafra i La Gutina, els tres vinyataires que hi ha darrere d'aquest esdeveniment, creiem que és important crear espais íntims i autèntics on puguem conèixer-nos, compartir i aprendre, més enllà dels circuits de fires concorreguts on no hi ha espai per parlar, per comunicar el que fem, com ho fem i per què ho fem.

Aquesta trobada neix de molta reflexió sobre el present i el futur dels vins elaborats per vinyataires, ja siguin naturals o amb una intervenció mínima, però sempre arrelats en un compromís, un treball dur i una connexió amb la terra.

Defensem el valor de treballar directament la vinya, de ser projectes reals profundament connectats amb el territori i de comunicar amb honestedat el com i el perquè de la nostra feina.

Des de La Zafra, La Perdida i La Gutina us convidem a una trobada de vins, regions i vins.

No és una fira, ni una degustació. Volem compartir un espai i un temps amb professionals que entenguin i busquin ampliar el seu coneixement, la seva experiència i la seva perspectiva amb nosaltres i altres projectes amb els quals compartim les nostres característiques i filosofia: el treball directe a la vinya, l'elaboració de vi amb el nostre raïm, el compromís amb la terra i l'honestedat en la producció i comunicació dels nostres vins.

Un moment per comunicar-se, escoltar i compartir vins i vida en un ambient relaxat.

La Perdida, La Zafra, and La Gutina: the three winegrowers behind this event believe it's important to create intimate, genuine spaces where we can get to know each other, share, and learn, beyond the crowded fair circuits where there's no room to talk, to communicate what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.

This gathering stems from much reflection on the present and future of wines made by producers, whether natural or with minimal intervention, but all rooted in a commitment, hard work, and connection to the land.

We champion the value of working the vineyard directly, of being real projects deeply connected to the land, and of honestly communicating the how and why of our work.

This is not a fair, nor a tasting. We want to share a space and time with professionals who understand and seek to expand their knowledge, experience, and perspective with us and other projects with whom we share our characteristics and philosophy: direct work in the vineyard, our own vineyards, commitment to the land, and honesty in the production and communication of our wines.

A moment to communicate, listen, and share wines and life in a relaxed atmosphere.
